Proportionate Share

Roadway impact fees, mobility fees and proportionate share fees can all be applied to a development project.

Whether you are looking to develop a new property or re-develop an existing site, it is essential to understand the roadway infrastructure costs associated with your project. Local and state laws regarding transportation concurrency abound. Over the passing years, legislation pertaining to concurrency and specifically proportionate share has undergone many changes. Our firm is up to date on all current codes, thus ensuring that our clients will be fairly assessed for any shared cost required by local governments.

O’Rourke Engineering & Planning can also assist with the spreading of the cost and management process for recovering your costs on increments of development over time.
